Ready-built in 2008, the 46,000 m² Avilon Plaza building is designed in Hi-Tech style, rising 18 stories (with one underground parking level) in a cylindrical shape with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Faced with such a complex design, the builders used Hardman rebar couplings and technology and significantly reduced project completion time. The increased quality of the joints, meanwhile, improves reliability throughout the structure.

Completed in 2008.
